Pandora's Heart = Yahoooooooo.O

I posted a blog on this anime already but episode 3 was so awesome that I just couldn't resist sharing it with all you avid anime watchers!!! So, I mentioned before that the story was ambiguous so far and well this hasn't changed. NOW---you might wonder WHAT was so AWESOME about episode 3. Here it comes-----the ABYSS was so amazingly creative---I loved it. This anime definitely reminds me of Alice in Wonderland but more dark and twisted---I swear it's not just because B Rabbit is called ALICE.

The whole episode rocked!!!! I loved the little evil dolls but I can't say much about it otherwise I'll spoil it for you. So, if you watched the 1st episode and thought SCREW this I'm not watching the next one-----DON'T GIVE UP on it just yet. Episode 3 was thrilling and dark and I must admit a little frightening for a scaredy cat like MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE :) I might be getting excited prematurely BUT I'm continuing this one, Yahooo.O

Michiko to Hatchin ミチコとハッチン

Michiko to Hatchin is a fairly new anime which started airing in October 2008 with the 22nd episode marking it's end in March 2009.  What can I say---all things must run there course---OK seriously what did i think of this anime.  Nothing much really---I watched all 22 episodes and after which I will say this Michiko to Hatchin isn't going to be an anime MUST see.  But if you do watch it----i truly believe you will complete it and that you will enjoy it.

It is a pretty entertaining anime and the fact that the lead characters and the scenery gives it a latino kind of feel makes it a breath of fresh air and I personally liked this anime.  The storyline was pretty simple and straightforward in that Michiko Malandro (the sexy diva) and Hana Morenos both share a need to escape the life they are living.  This need to escape and the tattoo they both have on their stomachs creates a bond and the fuel that keeps them moving forward is the desire to find Hana's dad & Michiko's last lover, Hiroshi Morenos.  This journey reveals some interesting social issues---child trafficking, child abuse and gang warfare and I must admit I don't recall being BORED watching this anime.  Each episode was full of jokes and craziness and lots of action and if my opinion isn't enticing enough watch the trailer or at least the first episode!!!!!!

K-On is Kawaii!!!

I would like to say this----SORRY---- my internet went kaput for a few days so I didn't post hardly anything this week!!!!!  But I finally managed to watch K-On and this was mainly because I stumbled across a picture of the chick with the blue and black striped glove whose name is Mio Akiyama!!!!!  I immediately fell in love due to her kawaiiness and actually while i'm on this point i really think she looks like Kannagi but with black hair and the clockwork orangey eye make up :)

Alright, I know I get sidetracked so easily ---so what is K-On all about so far this is what I think after one episode mind.  Yui Hirasawa seems to be a total cluts but quite adorable girl who has just started High School and she wants to join a group.  Two other girls Mio & Ritsu Tainaka want to join the Light Music club but they need two more members otherwise the club is going Bye Bye!!!!!!!  So, Tsumugi Kotobuki joins up and now they have the brainwave that they are going to make a band and they need a guitarist.  Using very persuasive methods ---CAke & Cookies they entice Yui to sign up to the group and I'm waiting to see what will happen next.

So, what do I think? What is the verdict? Hmmmmm, I really like the style of the animation in this anime and I think the girls are very cutes but obviously Mio is the cutest of them all..kekeke.  I found it very lighthearted and fun fun fun and I'm hoping that it remains this way and if my little opinion hasn't persuaded you to watch---maybe this trailer will!!!!!

Anime of WeeK: Naruto ナルト

I watched the first episode about three times before I decided to continue to watch this anime.  I found him to LOUD and I kept starting episode one then stopping it and then one day I watched it and after that I just kept watching and watching and now it is one of my favourite anime!!!!!  You may have heard a lot of negative remarks about this anime and even though it hasn't got great animation....it has something else----it has HEART.  Yes, Yes Naruto is 100% HEART and that is a fabulous thing!!!!!!

If you don't know by now Naruto is all about the way of the ninja.  It is set in the village of Konoha and shows how ninjas are used to protect the people that live in the village.  There are other ninjas in the surrounding villages and they also have their own ninjas who are all used to help themselves and neighbouring villages by offering different services.  So, the ninjas of Konoha are all given different missions to do and each mission has a ranking according to difficulty.  

The main character Naruto is different to the others because he has the spirit of a demon fox sealed within him, which gives him incredible power and also leaves him feeling isolated and outcast in the village as people fear him.  But Naruto doesn't give up and cower in a corner NO NO NO he makes people LOOK at him due to his LOUD character.  He is full of energy and never goes back on what he sets out to do ---IT IS HIS WAY OF THE NINJA which is an admirable trait which would never allow him to SURRENDER or to abandon his friends.

The story itself is quite simple and is awesome in it's simplicity.  You won't be short of action---i mean come on they're NINJAS!!!!!  But they all have different abilities and strength's.  Why not watch Naruto strive towards his dream of becoming Hokage---the NINJA that is the head of the village.  Hurry and catch up with the Shippuden series which is still holding the torch of greatness that is NARUTO---where you'll see how far one guy will go for his friends and to fulfil his dream of becoming Hokage :)

Pandora Hearts パンドラハーツ

I have mixed opinions about this anime. Let's explore these shall we? So, I watched the first two episodes back to back and still the story is a bit shady. But I will continue because some anime don't make sense immediately and this can be troublesome BUT i will say this----I don't think it's going to be RUBBISH. I actually think it will get better (fingers crossed) or maybe it is wishful thinking because I hate to see an interesting idea collapse. Ok, Ok I better elaborate further still!!!!

The story so far is slightly ambiguous but the main character is Oz Bezarius, who appears to be a rich kid living a life without his father---lack of friends except his house servants!!!! His 15 years of age and is about to have his coming of age ceremony. There is a prophecy about the chosen one causing a clock that has stood still for years to CHIME....ding ding---means let's do the damn thing!!! Well, in this case it does----the bell strikes and all of a sudden people are trying to kill the BOY. They attempt to throw him into the abyss but he is saved by a mysterious chain known as an Alice, who can turn into a giant bunny ---sounds a bit Alice in Wonderland.

So, what am i saying about this one---I'm intrigued---i want to know what is this prophecy, will it be fulfilled ---can the heir change his supposed predestined future, who the hell is the bunny and just what the hell is going on!!!! If you like fantasy fiction, action and i guess a slow to medium type pace then you might enjoy this anime.

Phantom - Requiem of a Phantom

This anime has an eerie feel to it and I hope it pulls ot off. It appears to be about some sort of organisation that carries out assassinations using people called Phantoms. The girl is called Ein and she appears to have been part of this mysterious organisation of trained assassins but the guy was unfortunate. He seems to have been picked up and been used in some sort of experiment as he has no recollection of who he is BUT he is an object of admiration to the people behind this organisation. He has been given the name Zwei and it seems he has been given the unwanted task of working for this organisation who have deemed him some sort of prodigy!!!!!!

All I say of this one is that I will continue to watch BUT the action scenes seem cool and I like the eerieness of the atmosphere when watchin this one.
