Keanu Reeves has agreed to play the role of Spike Spiegel in the big screen adaptation of the classic anime series, Cowboy Bebop. The rest of the cast is undecided and the screenplay is rumored to be written by Peter Craig. I wonder who will fit the rest of the cast???? I personally haven't watched this anime BUT I intend to start it now, as I want too see if Hollywood can pull it off. The anime itself is 26 episodes and the story is about a bunch of bounty hunters travelling on their space ship in the year 2071. It is considered a masterpiece in the world of anime. I'll give you my opinion on this when I finish the series. I have watched episodes but never in sequence and always last thing at night, as here in the UK they kept showing it on anime-central from like 2am to 6am. I miss those days!!!! WATCH THIS SPACE.
