Scramble is the opening song to School Rumble ( I haven't seen this anime yet!!!) and is sung by Yui Horie. I've listened to it and it's quite cute and catchy and the singer Yui looks really young but she isn't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In fact she was born in Tokyo on 20 September 1979 and not only does she sing but she also does voice acting. So, you may've heard her voice in animes like Love Hina, Fruits Basket, Pani Poni Dash and many others.
