This anime is only 25 minutes long so if you're too busy to watch a whole series this might be ideal for you. That aside it's a great sci fi love story set in 2046 after the discovery of the ruins of an alien civilisation on Mars. It tells the love story of a long distance relationship between Nagamine Mikako and Terao Noboru. Mikako decides to travel through space and leaves behind her friend Noboru. Even space cannot divide them and they send each other mail messages but as she goes further and further into space the messages take longer and longer to reach him. This is a beautifully animated story and even though it's very short it definitely leaves a long lasting impression.
