I posted a blog on this anime already but episode 3 was so awesome that I just couldn't resist sharing it with all you avid anime watchers!!! So, I mentioned before that the story was ambiguous so far and well this hasn't changed. NOW---you might wonder WHAT was so AWESOME about episode 3. Here it comes-----the ABYSS was so amazingly creative---I loved it. This anime definitely reminds me of Alice in Wonderland but more dark and twisted---I swear it's not just because B Rabbit is called ALICE.
The whole episode rocked!!!! I loved the little evil dolls but I can't say much about it otherwise I'll spoil it for you. So, if you watched the 1st episode and thought SCREW this I'm not watching the next one-----DON'T GIVE UP on it just yet. Episode 3 was thrilling and dark and I must admit a little frightening for a scaredy cat like MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE :) I might be getting excited prematurely BUT I'm continuing this one, Yahooo.O
Michiko to Hatchin is a fairly new anime which started airing in October 2008 with the 22nd episode marking it's end in March 2009. What can I say---all things must run there course---OK seriously what did i think of this anime. Nothing much really---I watched all 22 episodes and after which I will say this Michiko to Hatchin isn't going to be an anime MUST see. But if you do watch it----i truly believe you will complete it and that you will enjoy it.
It is a pretty entertaining anime and the fact that the lead characters and the scenery gives it a latino kind of feel makes it a breath of fresh air and I personally liked this anime. The storyline was pretty simple and straightforward in that MichikoMalandro (the sexy diva) and Hana Morenos both share a need to escape the life they are living. This need to escape and the tattoo they both have on their stomachs creates a bond and the fuel that keeps them moving forward is the desire to find Hana's dad & Michiko's last lover, HiroshiMorenos. This journey reveals some interesting social issues---child trafficking, child abuse and gang warfare and I must admit I don't recall being BORED watching this anime. Each episode was full of jokes and craziness and lots of action and if my opinion isn't enticing enough watch the trailer or at least the first episode!!!!!!
I would like to say this----SORRY---- my internet went kaput for a few days so I didn't post hardly anything this week!!!!! But I finally managed to watch K-On and this was mainly because I stumbled across a picture of the chick with the blue and black striped glove whose name is Mio Akiyama!!!!! I immediately fell in love due to her kawaiiness and actually while i'm on this point i really think she looks like Kannagi but with black hair and the clockwork orangey eye make up :)
Alright, I know I get sidetracked so easily ---so what is K-On all about so far this is what I think after one episode mind. Yui Hirasawa seems to be a total cluts but quite adorable girl who has just started High School and she wants to join a group. Two other girls Mio & Ritsu Tainaka want to join the Light Music club but they need two more members otherwise the club is going Bye Bye!!!!!!! So, Tsumugi Kotobuki joins up and now they have the brainwave that they are going to make a band and they need a guitarist. Using very persuasive methods ---CAke & Cookies they entice Yui to sign up to the group and I'm waiting to see what will happen next.
So, what do I think? What is the verdict? Hmmmmm, I really like the style of the animation in this anime and I think the girls are very cutes but obviously Mio is the cutest of them all..kekeke. I found it very lighthearted and fun fun fun and I'm hoping that it remains this way and if my little opinion hasn't persuaded you to watch---maybe this trailer will!!!!!
I watched the first episode about three times before I decided to continue to watch this anime. I found him to LOUD and I kept starting episode one then stopping it and then one day I watched it and after that I just kept watching and watching and now it is one of my favourite anime!!!!! You may have heard a lot of negative remarks about this anime and even though it hasn't got great animation....it has something else----it has HEART. Yes, Yes Naruto is 100% HEART and that is a fabulous thing!!!!!!
If you don't know by now Naruto is all about the way of the ninja. It is set in the village of Konoha and shows how ninjas are used to protect the people that live in the village. There are other ninjas in the surrounding villages and they also have their own ninjas who are all used to help themselves and neighbouring villages by offering different services. So, the ninjas of Konoha are all given different missions to do and each mission has a ranking according to difficulty.
The main character Naruto is different to the others because he has the spirit of a demon fox sealed within him, which gives him incredible power and also leaves him feeling isolated and outcast in the village as people fear him. But Naruto doesn't give up and cower in a corner NO NO NO he makes people LOOK at him due to his LOUD character. He is full of energy and never goes back on what he sets out to do ---IT IS HIS WAY OF THE NINJA which is an admirable trait which would never allow him to SURRENDER or to abandon his friends.
The story itself is quite simple and is awesome in it's simplicity. You won't be short of action---i mean come on they're NINJAS!!!!! But they all have different abilities and strength's. Why not watch Naruto strive towards his dream of becoming Hokage---the NINJA that is the head of the village. Hurry and catch up with the Shippuden series which is still holding the torch of greatness that is NARUTO---where you'll see how far one guy will go for his friends and to fulfil his dream of becoming Hokage :)
I have mixed opinions about this anime. Let's explore these shall we? So, I watched the first two episodes back to back and still the story is a bit shady. But I will continue because some anime don't make sense immediately and this can be troublesome BUT i will say this----I don't think it's going to be RUBBISH. I actually think it will get better (fingers crossed) or maybe it is wishful thinking because I hate to see an interesting idea collapse. Ok, Ok I better elaborate further still!!!!
The story so far is slightly ambiguous but the main character is Oz Bezarius, who appears to be a rich kid living a life without his father---lack of friends except his house servants!!!! His 15 years of age and is about to have his coming of age ceremony. There is a prophecy about the chosen one causing a clock that has stood still for years to CHIME....ding ding---means let's do the damn thing!!! Well, in this case it does----the bell strikes and all of a sudden people are trying to kill the BOY. They attempt to throw him into the abyss but he is saved by a mysterious chain known as an Alice, who can turn into a giant bunny ---sounds a bit Alice in Wonderland.
So, what am i saying about this one---I'm intrigued---i want to know what is this prophecy, will it be fulfilled ---can the heir change his supposed predestined future, who the hell is the bunny and just what the hell is going on!!!! If you like fantasy fiction, action and i guess a slow to medium type pace then you might enjoy this anime.
This anime has an eerie feel to it and I hope it pulls ot off. It appears to be about some sort of organisation that carries out assassinations using people called Phantoms. The girl is called Ein and she appears to have been part of this mysterious organisation of trained assassins but the guy was unfortunate. He seems to have been picked up and been used in some sort of experiment as he has no recollection of who he is BUT he is an object of admiration to the people behind this organisation. He has been given the name Zwei and it seems he has been given the unwanted task of working for this organisation who have deemed him some sort of prodigy!!!!!!
All I say of this one is that I will continue to watch BUT the action scenes seem cool and I like the eerieness of the atmosphere when watchin this one.
I stumbled across this anime and decided to sneak a peek being as it was another newbie!!! I wasn't disappointed that's for sure and I think I'll be watching the other 10 episodes ---making it one of my favourite kind of anime----Yes--short & sweet. This is a kind of spy theme anime---it started by showing some sort of student, Saki Morimi decides to visit the centre of the world...hmmmmm ....if you didn't know where that is---she claims it's the White House in Washington DC. It gets funnier--she gets herself into trouble with the authorities and is saved by a naked Japanese guy. He appears to have no memory of who he is and I swear at one point he found papers saying he was Jason Bourne (if you didn't watch the movie Bourne Identity and the other Bourne movies you are still clueless aren't you!!). Anyways, they end up flying to Japan together but who exactly has Saki made friends with?!!??? A Terrorist, a victim of circumstance who knows BUT I want to so I'm watching it--you can join me!!!!
My first official anime! Woke up everyday at 6 am just to watch this! And this anime is pretty good for all ages cause theres nothing in it that anyone would find disturbing! LOL
So, basically, the story is about some seven kids who end up in a digital world where there are these strange creatures called Digimon! Each of the kids gets a unique Digimon which can evolved to different forms using a device called a Digivice. And if I remember right, they try to find a way to get to their real world and fight against the evil forces that are in this world!
Yeah, it seems kinda kiddy but I still think its awesome cause everytime I watch Digimon, brings back good memories!
So hope you try this anime! ^^

Yes, you guessed right, I started watching this because of all the sexy women in it!
Well, I've only watched one episode (downloading the second one) but have already found more suprises than I usually find in a 12 or 26 episode anime! LOL
The first of it was the total exposure of the upper body it shows. I mean they totally show the characters topless! And strong warriors battle against each other and the most beautiful and strongest becomes queen. Atleast thats what I know. And Leina, a princess who takes part in this competition.
I've found some flows in the direction but it seems these heavenly bods have kept me distracted to to make me able to keep my focus! XD
Here's what ANN says, maybe it'll help: "In 4 years time the competition that will decide who the next Queen shall be will start. The strongest warrior will continue to rule the country according to tradition and expand it. The contestants need only be older than 12 years. They need not be human, intelligent or even of that country. The rules for the tournament are simple: murder is allowed. Any weapon can be chosen. The winner is decided when one of the participants flees or can't move anymore. Such event is broadcasted trough a crystal sphere by the court's magic teacher to all population to see and enjoy."

I had no idea what to expect when I watched this new anime but one thing is for certain, I reckon it's going to be a fantastic anime. I was totally blown away with the quality of the animation to start ----such vibrant colours and the characters were also very colourful especially the cross dressers!!!! I'm sure you can look up what this anime is all about so I will offer what I thought of the first episode.
The story is set in a future where global warming has taken full effect on the planet's composition and Tokyo is no longer the city it was ---NO---it is now a jungle-polis. It has been taken over by greenery and it absorbs carbon dioxide which appears to make it a powerful possession in a world overridden by carbon dioxide!!! This is one of the reasons why I think I'm going to love this anime----i guess i just love science fiction:) The society appears to be split in two being the ones that live in the tower city and the ones that dream of living there. One girl, Kuniko Hojo and her rebel army appear to what to change things and I for one hope they do BUT we have 23 episodes to see if this can be achieved. I hope she can pull it off!!!!!
I've been waiting to watch more of Full Metal Alchemist (FMA) since i completed the series. It was such a brilliant anime and I think anyone who watched it would have high expectations of FMA 2. But I must admit when I watched the first episode I wasn't overly impressed and maybe this has something to do with my HIGH EXPECTATIONS. I didn't know what to expect in the first episode and I was a bit unclear about what was going on. But now I know that this series is following the Manga as opposed to the first anime that strayed away from the Manga. Maybe when I watch the second episode I will be less confused!!!! @.@
Although, the first episode has some great action scenes and I love when Edward gets annoyed at being called CHIBI CHIBI, so cutes!!!! I will be watching the series and now that I've seen the first episode I'm sure it'll get better and better. The opening and ending themes were awesome but at this point am unsure who they are by????
Before I go any further I must warn you that this anime contains SOME MATERIAL THAT VIEWERS may find DISTURBING!!!! This picture might warn you of that fact so if you only like really adorable type animes with lots of stars and pornographic sounding noises (you know what i mean---right?) than Elfen Lied isn't for you. Well actually that might not be 100% accurate. I will explain...hmmmmmmmmm
The main character in this anime is Lucy and Nyuu who are both the same person---SEE---we are already in a different scenario. Lucy appears to be a normal human being except she has what appears to be cat ears but they are referred to as horns, which marks her out to be a Diclonius!!! This difference in appearance causes fear to build up in supposedly normal humans and consequently they are slammed into the government laboratory for CRUEL EXPERIMENTATION.
The moment you watch this anime and if you manage to watch all of episode 1 ---I personally think you will watch the other 12 episodes. I won't go too much into the details of the anime but if you like blood, violence, serious social issues---homelessness, child abuse, bullying---Elfen Lied might just be for you. I feel it covers the whole Nature Vs Nurture issue and I couldn't help sympathise with Lucy who no matter what was also the very cute Nyuu.
The opening music also sets the scene of this anime and it is the only opening song in any anime that I've watched to date that is in LATIN!!!!! The anime has a nice pace, great story and brilliant action and I would say this --YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED:)

Shin Mazinger Shougeki! Z-Hen (Z Mazinger)
Synopsis A 26 Episode anime production by Bee Media and CODE and directed by Yasuhiro Imagawa (Giant Robo, Bartender, G Gundam), it is based on Go Nagai's long-running and influential mecha series, the Mazinger series.
Developed from Japanium ore is the super energy, Photon Power. The story centers on Yūri Mito, a student at the Sōsei Academy and the only son of the man who runs the Yachimata shrine. At Yachimata, there is a legend of a deity named Tayutayu-sama who protected the area, but this deity and other so-called "Tayutai" have been lost in time. Mito and his friends discover a relic on the school grounds with mysterious patterns on them. Then, at the opening ceremony of the new school year, an equally mysterious girl named Mashiro appears before Mito. Mashiro is somehow tied to the relic and the legend of Tayutayu-sama.

Out of all of them I know I’ll definitely be watching Full Metal Alchemist (FMA) 2!!!!! But I must say quite of them seem intriguing—like Shangri-La, Tears to Tiara and Saki
Well, I finally got round to watching the final episode. I think part of me left it for a while as I was just in DENIAL but i decided to watch it under my duvet and i must admit it i did shed a tear!!!! I wasn't sure how they would conclude this wonderful anime but i wasn't disappointed which means that it was done satisfactorily. If you haven't had the pleasure of watching all 51 episodes then why wait any longer and if you happen to stumble across this post---well it's a sign from destiny that you must watch SOUL EATER RIGHT THIS INSTANT. Hahaha---so melodramatic BUT i must say they did a good job and it was only right that MakaAlbarn kicked that Demon DOG (backwards) @SS!!!! Yahooooooooo
After only watching 10 episodes I'm going to tell you one thing is for sure. I totally loves Shana---her character is so feisty and full of attitude---like she is suffering from DIVA syndrome. Until she bites off more than she can chew and I'm not talking about the Melon Bread she loves to munch BUT in her partnership with Sakai Yuuji. A very odd partnership is formed when Yuuji witnesses a strange occurrence which resulted in his DEATH and he is now living as a total different entity to maintain the BALANCE of the power of existence.
I don't wish to reveal too much about the plot so far and i also don't want to BORE you with all the silly terminology used in the anime. What i will say is this--- so far after watching 10 episodes I have seen plenty action, cool characters, great music and the story is definitely interesting!!! At the moment i don't know the direction the story will take---the plot still hasn't been fully revealed to me. But I'm intrigued and I'm far from BORED and I want to watch the remaining 14 episodes. So if you fancy watching this anime---I'll post the summary and leave you with the trailer.
Plot Summary: Sakai Yuuji, a high school student who expected his normal life to last forever, is dead. When he was on his way home he witnessed a shocking view as the world suddenly froze: people were engulfed by blue flames and a monster resembling a large doll swallowed them. Just as the monster prepared to consume Yuuji, a sword-wielding girl in black attire with flaming red eyes and hair that burns like embers saved him from the monster. The girl called herself a "Flame Haze" who hunts the "Guze no Tomogara", creatures from another world. As Yuuji noticed a blue flame in his chest, she called him a "Torch", a temporary replacement, saying that the "real" Yuuji's existence had already ended. Unfazed, Yuuji befriended the strange girl, named her "Shana", and joined her fight against Tomogara and other Flame Hazes.
